The motor is the most important part of the entire structure of the ground rail car. Once it fails, it must be repaired, but when repairing, we need to be careful not to damage the other structure of the ground rail car. The motors of ground rail cars are divided into brush motors and brushless motors. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to two aspects of brush motor and brushless motor when repairing.

Brushed motor:

　　 If the brush motor uses a universal meter to measure the traffic, it proves that the motor is good or not. When replacing the carbon brushes with the brush motor of the ground rail car, pay attention to whether the friction between the changer and the carbon brush is not connected. If it is connected, use sandpaper to rub the changer and the carbon brush to keep the same distance. When opening the motor, be careful not to rub the wire package of the motor to avoid damage to the wire package. Do not stick the magnet with iron to avoid breaking the magnet.

Brushless Motor:

When replacing the hall wire of the brushless motor, pay attention to the connection of the hall wire. It is best to remove the wire and solder one at the first time to avoid soldering errors. After soldering, use 502 to stick and use AB glue. Stick tightly to avoid looseness. The brushless motors of the ground rail car have eight wires, black, red, yellow, green, blue, big yellow, big green, and big blue. When the black line of the red pen of the meter is used up, the black line of the motor is measured with a black pen. The line blocking is between 650-750, indicating that the motor is no problem. When changing magnets and dip magnets, make sure that the glue on the spindles and magnets is clear and clean. To attract magnetic steel and magnetic steel, put glue in the opposite direction and then stick it.
