The cable drum electronic transfer trolley features a cable reel that supplies power directly to the flat car using a 380V three-phase power supply.

 

There are two ways to cable the cable when picking up the cable: through a small chain drive reel called external force picking; second, through the internal elastic automatic picking is called self-reed type. Pay attention to the following points when operating this series of electric flat cars:

 

On the ground, on the power cabinet, when the tow cable is connected to the power end, a reliable fixing clip should be used to fix the cable to prevent the cable from being towed after the flat car is started. Confirm that the power mechanism is abnormal before the flat car starts, and decelerate. Whether the gear oil in the machine is in place, whether grease is applied to the chain, and after confirming that everything is correct, the flat car can be started. To use the flat car, first send the power of the ground power cabinet, then close the power button of the electronic transfer trolley on the electronic transfer trolley. At this time, the power indicator light indicates that the power supply normally enters the flat car.

 

Before the electronic transfer trolley, check whether there are any foreign objects on the track, whether there are any obstacles such as people and debris on the passage, etc., and then run the flat car without any problem. When loading the cargo, consider the load center of the flat car. In theory, the goods should be from the cargo. The middle part is placed at both ends, and when unloading, the two ends are unloaded first, and finally the intermediate goods are unloaded to ensure the stability of the flat car center.

 

Please do not perform the reverse reverse operation on the electronic transfer trolley, so that the flat car can run in one direction and then change direction, otherwise the power mechanism of the flat car will be damaged and the flat car will be damaged. When the flat car is deactivated, the total power supply in front of the vehicle control box should be disconnected, then the power of the ground power supply cabinet should be disconnected, and then the control handle can be put back into the control box.

 

After using the electronic transfer trolley for 2 to 3 months, check the grease on the gear oil and chain in the gearbox. If there is any reduction, it should be filled in place.
