How to start and run the electric flat cart normally.
When the load is started, the inertia and high resistance of the excavator must be overcome. As a result, it usually starts at a lower rate. Before the driver gets on, pay attention to the state of the surrounding vehicles up and down, and when starting, ensure the correct posture. The order of work is: start the electric flatbed truck engine starting sequence and starting method, start the device, observe whether the instrument works normally and whether the water temperature is normal.
Press the clutch pedal and lower the drive lever slightly. Load the tool holding the steering wheel on the left, grab the grip on the right and press the button. Quickly lift the clutch pedal to the contact point, then lightly press the accelerator pedal, feel the slight change of engine sound, slowly add fuel, then slowly lift the clutch pedal and relax the parking brake lever to make the electric flatbed start smoothly.
When starting normally, the load electric flat car should have no shock, vibration, no stalling and smooth start. However, to start smoothly, the key is to master the clutch contact point and the acceleration pedal.Starting if you feel that the power is not enough, you should immediately press the clutch pedal, appropriate acceleration, and then start.Electric flat start should be noted: the foot should not be placed on the clutch pedal after starting to avoid accelerating the clutch wear.
In order to avoid the sound of gear collision when starting to hang up the gear, you should stop 1-3 seconds after stepping down the pedal of the electric flat car (wait for the first shaft speed of the gearbox to decelerate or stop rotating), and then hang up the required gear. When starting, if you cannot hang up the gear at one time, you can release the clutch helper plate and hang up again, or try to hang up other gears first and then hang up the starting gear to ensure the KPDS electric vehicle starts and runs normally.
