     BDG low-voltage rail automated transport carts are divided into BDGZ low-voltage rail power series electric flat cars and BDGS low-voltage track power series battery cars according to the load-bearing tonnage and transmission sources.

(1) The BDGZ type product is to reduce the AC 380V power supply through the transformer to the AC 36V two-phase power supply, which are respectively connected to the two rails. The wheels on the track flat car introduce the AC 36V power supply on the rail into the vehicle electrical box. After the rectifier module rectifies the AC 36V to DC 36V, and then controls the DC motor through the DC control system, so that the flat car starts, stops, advances, retreats, speeds, and so on. The flat car can be used in S-tracks, curved tracks and high temperature applications. A hydraulic lifting system can be installed on the flat car. The flat-car DC motor has the characteristics of stable starting, large starting force distance, small impact on the reducer, low voltage and long service life. It has safety and maneuverability, and has low requirements for track laying. Suitable for medium and long distance applications.

(2) BDGS products are to reduce the power supply of 380V through the transformer to 36V AC three-phase, respectively connected to three rails (add a conductive rail), the conductive sliders of the wheels on the track flat car will be on the three rails The AC 36V power supply is introduced into the vehicle electrical box, and the three-phase AC 36V is boosted to a three-phase AC 380V through a step-up transformer, and then the AC metallurgical motor is controlled by the AC control system to start, stop, advance, and retreat the flat car. It can be used in S-type rails, curved rails and high temperature applications. It can be equipped with hydraulic lifting system and lifting system on the flat car. It has safety and maneuverability, and has high requirements for track laying (requires insulation treatment track). Suitable for heavy load, medium and long distance transportation.
