How to design to make the battery of transfer bogie easy to replace?

                                                                                                        
In one month, we received two clients, one is from Malaysia, the other is from America. In communication with clients, we found there is common problem: they all pay attention to the bogie frame deformation and battery replace. They are interested in battery powered transfer bogie and Transfer Trolley With Hydraulic Lifting Table and these bogies are used for transfer coils. So our engineer made an explanation from steel choice of bogie frame, frame design and welding, and battery installation.
 For material choice, we need to consider the transfer bogie working frequency and choose the suitable type steel model. Client propose their material strength standard, we can choose the type as per their standard to ensure the girder stability. We also consider the frame design with box girder which is made of two beams and several girders to ensure the table even bearing force. The design is our company feature. For the battery replace convenience, we can consider the design to the battery is out of from side, and make it just drawer. The design makes the battery more convenient for replace.  It is new design for transfer bogie battery installation.
