KPD Flat Cart Comparation: KPDZ and KPDS

                                      
KPD flat cart is powered by low voltage electricity from rail and the rail should be insulated. KPD flat cart can run on the arc-shaped rail. It can work in high-temperature environment. Its advantages are safe, reliable and smash-proof. It doesn’t hinder crossing-transportation and is helpful to automation. KPD flat cart is suitable for middle and long distance transportation and high frequency use. KPD flat cart needs to add transformers to increase the voltage as the running distance is beyond 70 meters.

There are two types of KPD flat cart: KPDZ type and KPDS type

KPDZ type: AC 380V electricity is transformed to AC 36V two-phase and then the AC 36V is transformed to DC 36V in the electrical appliance box, then the flat cart is controlled.

KPDS type: AC 380V electricity is transformed to AC 36V three-phase and AC 36V is transformed to AC 380V, and then controls AC metallurge motor.
