Slip wire electric flatbed car, also known as BHX series safety slip wire battery powered transfer trolley, is through the safety slip wire (block) to collect and release the cable line to provide power for the electric flatbed car, through the AC motor, electric slip wire power supply of electric flatbed car.The power supply is provided by means of a trench on the side of the track, a safety slip wire set in the trench and a cover plate laid on the trench which is fixed to the ground by a single side hinge. The cover is lifted during arc welding operations by means of a trench flap device installed in the trench, which is equipped with a cable connected to the safety slip wire collector. The rear cover of the electric flatcar is automatically lowered back to the ground, ensuring smooth passage of trackless vehicles.
