A new rail transporter developed by Perfect in 2015 includes the body of the transporter. First, two tracks need to be laid on the running road surface. The track support is two parallel tracks. Two sets of wheels need to be installed on the aluminium rail transfer vehicle. These two sets of wheels move along the tracks respectively. There are battery box groups set inside the transfer vehicle to provide power for the rail car to move. Batteries for aluminum transfer vehicles can be selected in multiple ways, lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries, depending on the site conditions. Infrared alarm lights are set on all sides of the body of the transporter. When there are obstacles around the transporter, the transporter will trigger the alarm and stop the traveling of the track transporter so as to avoid unnecessary losses caused by safety incidents during the traveling process of the transporter.
