No harmful substances should be allowed to fall into the battery. Instruments and apparatus used to measure the density, temperature and level of the electrolyte must be kept clean to avoid impurities getting inside the battery. The battery pack cover must not have anything conductive on it to avoid causing a short circuit to the battery. After the battery is discharged, it should be charged in time, and the time should not exceed 24 hours.
Often check the location where the battery is placed to see if there is any leakage, oil leakage, etc. Keep a clean and dry placement. Check the shape of the battery regularly. If a bulge is found, it means that there is a battery pack with a damaged individual rechargeable battery. At this time its output input voltage is unstable and will extend the life of other batteries, so at this time should be replaced in a timely manner.
If the battery electric rail flatbed truck power outage causes the battery to stop unexpectedly, the line should be checked immediately to restore power supply, or according to the manual buffer parking, to prevent the battery overdraft use, shorten the service life. Battery charging and charging current selection:Charging is divided into two stages:The first stage charging current is 10% of the capacity. Set the voltage (2.5 x only) V, individual voltage charge to 2.4V, then enter level II; Level II: continue charging to level I charging current (i.e. 500 x 10% = 2A) until the charge is 4.5-5 times the rated capacity.
