The invention has no working distance, no voltage drop, smooth running, unaffected by voltage, flexible sliding mode, safe and reliable, low failure rate, etc. It is very suitable for large tonnage and long distance transportation options. And it is suitable for the recycling of old lines (or not changing lines), the battery type electric flat carriage has a long running distance and can adapt to the working way of running line corners in the factory transport environment; remote control and line control, the remote control distance can reach 150 meters. The life of domestic high-quality enhanced lead-acid batteries is 1.5 times longer than ordinary lead-acid batteries. Compared with 48V/250AH/440AH high capacity battery, it can work continuously for 10-12 hours.
The rail flat car manufacturer said that every time you charge, you must disconnect the battery pack from the controller and must charge the charger with a long-life charger to ensure that the pulses are not absorbed by the controller; the battery should be filled with water every other year and new batteries should be added. And the water purity requirement is less than 0.1us/cm; try to keep the battery pack fully charged at all times and recharge it frequently during normal use. Unlike ordinary chargers, long-life chargers do not damage the battery and will precipitate gas when charging, with minimal water loss.
